The real estate team of the CTR group met before the holidays for a dinner at the stylish restaurant Pilsnerka Národní. In addition to refreshing draft Pilsner beer, we also tasted something from the stocks of the local wine cellar to accompany the excellent meal.

We are opening a new playground in our Albelli Residence in Košice, where your children can enjoy fun and exercise. There is a sandpit, a swing, a slide and other attractive elements for children. Moreover, there is a workout station for adults, so you can work out while your kids are having fun.

Our Rezidencia Albelli in the centre of Košice has received the final building permit and we are starting to hand over the new apartments to the first owners!

On Friday March 31 2023, a ceremony was held at the site of our Marina Garden project in Dresden to mark the completion of the rough construction. Representatives of the investor – the CTR Group together with the general contractor Dreßler Bau GmbH, in the presence of many guests of honour, thanked everyone involved in the construction for the successful progress of the project. The project is scheduled for completion in the spring of 2024, but the first apartments will be on sale soon!

Great news! On March 14, the city council of Košice approved the zoning plan of the former East Slovak Printing Works zone, where we are planning the WatsoNova project. We are thrilled that we have managed to move this project significantly closer to development. We celebrated everything together with our colleagues in our Business Center Kosice. Yesterday, we all met on the roof terrace of our Viktoria Center headquarters in Prague to enjoy a traditional stollen from Dresden, christmas cookies and mulled wine to warm up before the upcoming holidays. All this with a beautiful view of Prague!

During the second half of the year, have we been working hard in the administrative part of Viktoria Center to build the offices to suit for our new tenants. We are pleased to welcome REFA Group s.r.o., Lekvi Development s.r.o. and EDIKT, a.s. in their new premises and wish them all the best!

Also this year the CTR group helps and supports UNICEF Österreich through its company CTR Holding Assets GmbH.

Yesterday we signed a contract with the winner of the architectural competition for the development of the brownfield of the former East Slovakian print in Kosice and also the fresh Architect of the Year 2022 in the Czech Republic, studio Kuba & Pilař architects. The preparation of the project has started and we are looking forward to it!

On the 6th of October, the traditional annual harvest festival was held on the vineyard of Albertov Rental Apartments. All three varieties of wine that grows there – Riesling, Phoenix and Pinot Noir – were quickly harvested thanks to the hardworking colleagues from CTR. After work, everyone was able to taste the wines from previous years and enjoyed the delicious refreshments prepared in the pavilion.

On Sunday, October 2, two important events took place in Košice that we could not miss. First, three complete teams of our colleagues ran the International Peace Marathon in relay and did not do badly at all. The best team finished in 4 hours and 30 minutes. After the marathon and a moment of rest, there was a concert at Dominican Square with the participation of star performers Peter Bič Project, Eniesa and Hali Sax, which we were happy to co-organize. We thoroughly enjoyed the performance and became energized for the chilly autumn days.

We have spent the past prolonged weekend on a teambuilding. Employees of the Czech and Slovak companies of the CTR group gathered in the Tyrolean resort of Soelden. We climbed a three-thousand high Schwarzkogel, by gondola followed the footsteps of James Bond to the 007 Elements Museum on the peak of Gaislachkogel, hiked to Stuibenfall, the highest waterfall in Tyrol, and of course – thoroughly tested the quality of local traditional dishes, beers and wines from family wineries.

We see a high demand for our completely finished flats in the centre of Prague in the Viktoria Center project. After half a year we have already sold almost 70 % of the units. The winner of the architectural competition for the future brownfield development of the former East Slovak Printing Works in the centre of Košice, Slovakia is Kuba & Pilař architects. In cooperation with the KOPA-DESIGN architects from Košice, they will work together to develop the concept of the whole new district into the documentation for the zoning procedure. This will create a unique modern part of Košice with apartments, shops, services and valuable public space.

On the last day of June and with participation of many important guests, the act of laying of the foundation stone of our Marina Garden residential project took place in Dresden, Germany. A total of 210 energy-efficient sustainable apartments with 1-room to 4-room layouts will offer a unique view of the Elbe and Dresden skyline. Completion of construction is scheduled for 2024.

Yesterday we celebrated the completion of the new CTR group headquarters in Prague – Žižkov, meeting each other over delicious grilled food and glasses of fine drinks. Great weather and unique rooftop terrace with a view of Prague provided us with the ideal conditions for getting to know each other as the employees of the individual companies of the group have been moved to the new premises from three different locations. We love our new offices and hope that we will work here as best we can!!
