Last week, our representatives attended the expert conference “Housing Development in Dresden”, which took place in the Plenary hall of the New Town Hall.
The conference aimed to highlight the importance of investments by Silicon Saxony chip and semiconductor companies for the local labor and housing market, while also presenting ongoing and planned residential projects.
The Dresden city Mayor, Mr. Dirk Hilbert, also spoke at the event, which was attended by more than 150 guests from the manufacturing, real estate, banking, and public sectors.
At this conference, CTR presented its latest residential project Marina Garden as well as the full-service apartments, Residenz am Zwinger.
