The last stage of our project Business Center Kosice in Slovakia has been finally completed and the official occupancy inspection took place yesterday. Thereafter, we celebrated together with our suppliers. Big thanks to all of you for getting this project done!

Today we signed a general contract with Chemkostav who will complete the construction of our project Rezidencia Albelli in Kosice – Slovakia.

During last week, together with our general contractor Skanska we celebrated the topping out of the first building of our Viktoria Center project in Prague 3 – Zizkov. We are glad that – despite difficult times – all works are proceeding according to plan and without complications. The project is expected to be completed in the Summer of 2021.

Our project Boulevard am Wall II in Dresden received a final inspection approval. The next step is the handover to its new owner – the Patrizia fund that will rent the apartments. We are doing our best to be able to start the construction of our new project Marina Garden in the metropolis of Saxony soon. It will be built directly on the banks of the Elbe river and just a few steps from the historic city center.

Yesterday we´ve laid a foundation stone of our project Victoria Center in Prague with the participation of representatives of our general contractor (Skanska), major business partners and suppliers. Following the tradition of our German projects, we poured a time capsule filled with several artifacts and a message for future generations into concrete. We´re already looking forward to the finish of the construction scheduled for H2/2021!

On February 6, our traditional „new year´s“ party took place in our wine club in Albertov Rental Apartments Prague. Besides delicious food and drinks, we also enjoyed „Boogie heads“ with our faces dancing to the rhythms of world hits.

We are pleased the planning office that projects our buidlings in the center of Dresden (Boulevard am Wall I and Boulevard am Wall II) placed 3rd in the competition “Dresden builds green” in the category of green roofs. Congratulations!

Colleagues from the Czech Republic and Slovakia went together to the Val di Fiemme/Obereggen mountains resort. Thanks to the beautiful weather and excellent snow conditions, they spent four beautiful days there.

Today we signed a general contract with Skanska who will complete the construction of our multi-purpose project Viktoria Center in Prague 3.

On Sunday, October 6, a total of 5 teams of CTR group participated in the International Peace Marathon in Kosice, Slovakia. Finally, the best team conquered the marathon track in a great time 03:59:33! Besides running, we attended a presentation of our new project Rezidencia Albelli by architect Juraj Koban and also took part in an excursion to construction of a polyfunctional complex Business Centre Kosice III.

As part of this year´s teambuilding, the Real Estate team of CTR group arrived to the province of Trentino, Italy. During four days we´ve made several excursions and wine-tastings in wineries and an olive oil mill, swam in mountain lakes and climbed the peak of Cima Pari (1991 m above sea level).
