Next chapter in Dresden: CTR unveils the design for FröbelHöfe II. CTR continues its construction activities in Dresden. The architectural team for the second phase of the “FröbelHöfe” project was selected through an architectural competition with participation from city representatives: npp & werck. Their design convinced with a clear architectural concept, a sensitive integration into the urban context, and a well-balanced blend of tradition and modernity. Around 60 apartments are planned across four standalone buildings overlooking the green corridor of the Weißeritz river. The building application is scheduled for April 2026.

Our team was there – as always – at the Košice Marathon! This weekend, Košice came alive with the spirit of sport during the International Peace Marathon, the oldest marathon in Europe. Our Slovak colleagues proudly represented the upcoming WatsoNova project, taking part in all disciplines – from the minimarathon and half marathon to the marathon relay and the full marathon. This year’s event brought together 18,000 participants, including 3,800 in the minimarathon. We congratulate all our runners on their great performances and thank them for being part of this long-standing tradition!

With the ceremonial groundbreaking, the construction of the multifunctional WatsoNova project in Košice-Sever has officially begun. In the presence of the Mayor of Košice, project partners, architects, and media representatives, we launched the development of a new multifunctional urban district with 641 apartments and retail spaces. Construction is taking place on an area of 30,000 square meters. In addition to residential units, the site will feature a supermarket, restaurant, café, fitness center and other services, an underground garage, a children’s playground, and relaxation zones – creating a fully-fledged new city quarter. The ceremony was very well attended – and the pleasant weather added to the positive atmosphere of the event. WatsoNova will bring modern housing, services, and green courtyards to the wider center of Košice – a place designed for quality urban living.

Corporate Traditional Roadtrip, this time to Bavaria at Lake Chiemsee, turned out great. Last weekend we enjoyed another teambuilding of the CTR Real Estate group from Czechia, Slovakia, and Germany. The weather was fantastic throughout – just like the team spirit. One day we enjoyed the beauty of the mountains – most of us even managed the more demanding hike up Kampenwand with breathtaking views. The next day we took a boat trip on Lake Chiemsee, visited both islands and Herrenchiemsee Palace. The evenings were dedicated to sharing the successes and new challenges of the CTR group and to spending pleasant moments together over good food and drinks.

With the ceremonial groundbreaking, the Fröbelhöfe project has officially started. By 2027, 99 modern condominiums will be built on Löbtauer Straße – featuring green courtyards, an underground garage, and diverse architecture for singles, couples, families, and seniors. Stephan Kühn, Dresden’s Deputy Mayor for Urban Development, attended the ceremony and emphasized the project’s importance for the city’s development. Sales have started – with entry prices from approx. €4,700/m², well below the average for new builds in Dresden.

The WatsoNova project in Košice has received a valid building permit and is entering a new phase. In collaboration with the general contractor, the company, we are officially beginning construction. A unique residential project is being built on the site of the former Východoslovenské tlačarní (Východoslovenské tlačarní), combining modern architecture with abundant greenery and a diverse range of services. The first residents can move in as early as 2027.

📄 We’ve signed the deal. 🚧 Construction begins. Together with Dreßler Bau, we’ve officially signed the contract for the realization of our FröbelHöfe project in Dresden. Celebrating our achievements in SIA restaurant! Our Czech-German team met at the SIA restaurant in Prague to celebrate the successes we have achieved this year (and there was a lot to celebrate!). It was an evening full of great food, inspiring conversations and an amazing friendly atmosphere.

We are happy to announce that all 327 apartments have found new owners. The Albelli Residence brought new life to the old town in Košice.  It was built in 2023 on the northern outskirts of the wider center of Košice, on the brownfield after the original Captain Nálepka clothing factories. Now, it offers its residents comprehensive and stylish urban living. However, we will soon start selling the new WatsoNova project to general public.  Follow our social media for more information!

Within the next few days, we will launch an exclusive pre-sale of the anticipated WatsoNova project in Košice.  Our registered clients will have the opportunity to choose from almost 200 apartments of different finishing categories.  Sale for the general public will start in the end of November . The WatsoNova project will be built on the site of the former East Slovak Printing Works, right next to Festival Square between Watsonova and Stará spišská streets. We will also prepare space for a number of shops and services inside the project. A café or a restaurant is also planned on site. For the first time ever, you can now see the first few visualizations we have prepared for you.

This year’s teambuilding – the Clearly Traditional Roadtrip, has been a success! 🛣️ We climbed the Schmittenhöhe to an altitude of 2,000 m above the sea level, which offers breathtaking views not only of the surrounding peaks of Dachstein, Großglockner or Kitzsteinhorn, but also into valley and the city and lake of Zell am See. 🏔️ We enjoyed a hike to the “Krimmler Wasserfälle” waterfalls and from the trail that goes up along them we had the opportunity to enjoy many different beautiful views of this unique natural phenomenon. 💦 Hiking together and enjoying local specialties were great opportunities to get to know colleagues from other offices even better and to strengthen the whole team. 🤝

The entire Košice city was alive with sports this weekend. A series of races concluded by the 100th INTERNATIONAL PEACE MARATHON took place, and all runners and guests could enjoy this special atmosphere. Our colleagues proudly represented our WatsoNova project and seven of them took to the track in different disciplines. Two colleagues ran the half marathon, one team of four took part in the marathon relay and one even ran the whole marathon! As in any sport, the important thing is not to win, but to participate! Congratulations to all the runners for their personal performance!
