We have completed a new polyfunctional project Multicenter Kosice in the centre of the metropolis of Eastern Slovakia. This project offers totally 151 serviced apartments for rent, office premises and retail spaces, including underground parking lots under the entire building. Retail space is designed for supermarket, shops, restaurants and other services.

The Multicenter Kosice project is situated along Sturova Street opposite the existing Business Centre Kosice. All phases create an architectural landmark and a symbolic entrance gate to the city centre.
