One of the largest developments in the company’s history will be created on an approx. 30,000 m² brownfield directly adjacent to the center of Kosice. In the upcoming years we will develop here a modern city district with apartments, shops, services, offices and valuable public space. Under our leadership, a completely new and architecturally original part of Kosice with usable area of 45,700 square meters will be created right below Kalvária.
