We are starting with preparations for the project Karlova Ves Residence in Bratislava. We plan to build two houses connected by an underground parking garage. We are currently counting with 58 apartments and about 2000 m2 of commercial space.
The future residents will be able to enjoy beautiful views and, thanks to the modern architectural design, plenty of privacy. An indisputable advantage will also be the excellent accessibility to the city center.
