We are happy to announce that all 327 apartments have found new owners.
The Albelli Residence brought new life to the old town in Košice. It was built in 2023 on the northern outskirts of the wider center of Košice, on the brownfield after the original Captain Nálepka clothing factories. Now, it offers its residents comprehensive and stylish urban living.
