We are always looking for new plots of land for the realization of apartments and commercial space. 🏗️ A few days ago, we signed a purchase agreement for another attractive plot of land for residential construction. ✍️
Between Fröbelstrasse, Floßhofstrasse, and Wölfnitzstrasse and in the immediate vicinity of the center of Dresden, we want to build a modern residential building with plenty of parking spaces. 🚗 The high standard and well-thought-out room layout will be a matter of course. 🏡
We will shortly be presenting the project in more detail under the name FröbelHöfe II. 🔜
