Next chapter in Dresden: CTR unveils the design for FröbelHöfe II.

CTR continues its construction activities in Dresden. The architectural team for the second phase of the “FröbelHöfe” project was selected through an architectural competition with participation from city representatives: npp & werck.

Their design convinced with a clear architectural concept, a sensitive integration into the urban context, and a well-balanced blend of tradition and modernity.

Around 60 apartments are planned across four standalone buildings overlooking the green corridor of the Weißeritz river.

The building application is scheduled for April 2026.
