With the ceremonial groundbreaking, the construction of the multifunctional WatsoNova project in Košice-Sever has officially begun.

In the presence of the Mayor of Košice, project partners, architects, and media representatives, we launched the development of a new multifunctional urban district with 641 apartments and retail spaces. Construction is taking place on an area of 30,000 square meters. In addition to residential units, the site will feature a supermarket, restaurant, café, fitness center and other services, an underground garage, a children’s playground, and relaxation zones – creating a fully-fledged new city quarter.

The ceremony was very well attended – and the pleasant weather added to the positive atmosphere of the event.

WatsoNova will bring modern housing, services, and green courtyards to the wider center of Košice – a place designed for quality urban living.
