With the ceremonial groundbreaking, the Fröbelhöfe project has officially started.

By 2027, 99 modern condominiums will be built on Löbtauer Straße – featuring green courtyards, an underground garage, and diverse architecture for singles, couples, families, and seniors.

Stephan Kühn, Dresden’s Deputy Mayor for Urban Development, attended the ceremony and emphasized the project’s importance for the city’s development.

Sales have started – with entry prices from approx. €4,700/m², well below the average for new builds in Dresden.
