🚧 Construction begins.
Together with Dreßler Bau, we’ve officially signed the contract for the realization of our FröbelHöfe project in Dresden. With this milestone, we’re entering the execution phase – turning plans into reality.
📍 At the corner of Löbtauer Straße and Fröbelstraße, we’re developing a modern residential complex with eight elegant buildings, connected by a spacious underground garage.
🏡 A total of 99 residential units will be built, designed with a strong focus on comfort, functionality, and contemporary living.
🌳 The inner courtyard will feature green spaces, play zones 🛝, and areas for community gatherings 🤝 – inspired by the educational legacy of Friedrich Fröbel, the founder of the modern kindergarten.
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 The project is tailored for families, couples, and individuals seeking high-quality housing with excellent access to the city center.
