The WatsoNova project in Košice has received a valid building permit and is entering a new phase. In collaboration with the general contractor, the company, we are officially beginning construction. A unique residential project is being built on the site of the former Východoslovenské tlačarní (Východoslovenské tlačarní), combining modern architecture with abundant greenery and a diverse range of services.

The first residents can move in as early as 2027.
