On the last day of June and with participation of many important guests, the act of laying of the foundation stone of our Marina Garden residential project took place in Dresden, Germany. A total of 210 energy-efficient sustainable apartments with 1-room to 4-room layouts will offer a unique view of the Elbe and Dresden skyline.
Completion of construction is scheduled for 2024.
