The grand opening of the Marina Garden project took place with the presence of the media representatives
We organized the grand opening of the project Marina GARDEN in Dresden to take place on June 12th 2024. The project was built on a brownfield site with a unique and unrepeatable location on the banks of the Elbe river.
The journalists appreciated not only the location, the view of the river and the centre of the city Dresden, but also the green courtyard, the large glass windows, the low energy consumption and the high standard of design, including cooled ceilings (modern air conditioning).
