On Friday March 31 2023, a ceremony was held at the site of our Marina Garden project in Dresden to mark the completion of the rough construction.
Representatives of the investor – the CTR Group together with the general contractor Dreßler Bau GmbH, in the presence of many guests of honour, thanked everyone involved in the construction for the successful progress of the project.
The project is scheduled for completion in the spring of 2024, but the first apartments will be on sale soon!
