FröbelHöfe Celebrate Topping-Out Ceremony

On 25 June, we celebrated the topping-out ceremony at FröbelHöfe, marking an important milestone in the development of our project. This long-standing tradition provides an opportunity to pause and recognize the dedication of everyone contributing to the project’s success – from the initial concepts and planning stages through project preparation to the daily work on the construction site.

The ceremony brought together project managers, architects, construction companies, craftsmen, business partners, and future residents. Guests had the opportunity to tour the emerging buildings, take a first look at their future homes, and experience FröbelHöfe from a perspective that, just a few months ago, existed only on architectural plans.

As construction continues to progress according to schedule, so does the successful marketing of the project. More than 50% of the apartments from the first sales phase have already been sold, while the second sales phase has now been launched, offering additional apartments to future homeowners.
